Condition and function

Chasing crisp. Silver plate has tarnished and been brought back once, so the recesses read darker than the raised work. Honest for its age.

Patina is described rather than hidden. Nothing here has been replated or refinished to look newer than it is.

Valve underneath. Purge the old air out first, fill in short bursts, then leave it two minutes before striking.

Lighters are posted empty because postal rules require it, so whichever you buy will need filling before it works.
