An email address, if you give one to the new listing alerts. Nothing else - no name, no address, no purchase history.

Purchases happen on Etsy, not here. Anything you enter during checkout is held by Etsy under their own privacy policy, and this site never sees it.

The email address is used to tell you when a lighter is listed, and for nothing else. The basis is your consent, given by entering it and confirming.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Every alert email carries an unsubscribe link, and using it takes effect immediately.

Resend, which sends the emails, and Vercel, which hosts the site. Both process data on instruction and neither is permitted to use it for anything else.

Nothing is sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Until you unsubscribe, or until the alerts stop being sent. Unsubscribed addresses are kept only as a suppression record so you do not get re-added by mistake.

This site sets no tracking cookies and shows no cookie banner, because it uses a cookieless analytics tool that counts page views without identifying anyone or following you between sites.

You can ask for a copy of what is held, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@anyonegotalighter.com and it will be done.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
